FOR ALL NEW CUSTOMERS & DECEMBER BOOKINGS ONLY
A deposit of £10 is usually required to secure your first appointment. Your appointment may not be guaranteed if you fail to leave a deposit within 24 hours of making your appointment. Deposits will be required during my busiest periods for ALL customers, for example Xmas bookings.
In cases of ‘no shows' you may be asked to pay a cancellation fee aswell as a deposit to secure your next appointment.
48H CANCELLATION PERIOD
All deposits are non-refundable, but are redeemed towards the cost of treatments. However, if appointment is cancelled with less than the agreed 48h notice period your deposit cannot be redeemed towards your next appointment.
For appointments cancelled with more than 48h notice client accounts will be credited and can be used towards the cost of your next appointment.
HOW TO BOOK AND PAY DEPOSITS
Deposits can easily be paid via my the website by clicking the link on the ‘Book Now’ button. A £10 deposit can be paid through the bottom of the page with the ‘Pay Deposit’ button OR via my PayPal link below.
